Cancellation policy

The standard rule from our trek brochures. A trip's own page may add rules, and those apply to that trip.

  1. 1.

    Cancel 3 or more days before departure: full refund.

  2. 2.

    Cancel 2 days before departure: 50% refund.

  3. 3.

    Cancel within 2 days of departure: no refund.

  4. 4.

    Send cancellation requests on WhatsApp or by call to the numbers on this site.

  5. 5.

    Plans may change because of weather or other unavoidable reasons, and Travel Firse may cancel a trek. If that happens we'll contact you on WhatsApp about the options.

  6. 6.

    Longer trips such as Hampi have their own booking and registration terms, listed on the trip page.
